Finding help should not be a gamble
Hiring a driver, finding a school that will teach you on a truck, or getting guards for a convoy has always run on word of mouth. You ask around. Someone knows someone. You have no way to check whether that person is who they say they are, no record of the arrangement, and no recourse when it goes wrong.
Providers have the mirror problem. Post a phone number publicly and you get buried in calls from people who were never going to book. Serious customers and time wasters look identical until you have already spent the afternoon on them.
Drivelihood fixes both ends. Every provider is identity verified. Every provider stays behind a public handle until a customer commits. Every booking is recorded, mapped and traceable.

The parts that make it work
Drivelihood AI
The assistant that sits over the whole platform. Tell it "I need a forklift training" or "take me to the airport" or "hire a full time driver for my company" and it works out which of the twelve services you mean, pulls out the details you already gave it, and asks only for what is still missing.
For a ride it sets your pickup from your live location, quotes the real distance and time, then ranks the verified providers nearest to you. It plans the booking. You approve it.
Maps and navigation
Every trip runs on real mapping. Address autocomplete as you type, draggable pins, the route drawn on a live map, and a real distance and arrival time from the road network rather than a straight line.
Once a ride is booked, both sides see the same map, and the driver gets turn by turn navigation to the pickup and on to the destination in one tap.
Handles and unlocking
Browse the marketplace and you see verified providers, their services, their ratings and their distance from you, but not their names. Each one carries a handle instead.
When you decide someone is right, you unlock them. Their real name and contact details appear, and you can book. Providers are never cold called, and customers never pay to look, only to connect.
Milestone
The platform currency. You fund your wallet, and Milestone covers unlocking providers and the platform side of a booking. It keeps pricing consistent everywhere in the world rather than shifting with the local currency of whoever you happen to be talking to.
Top up through Flutterwave, Paystack or Korapay. Providers withdraw their earnings the same way.
Verification
Identity checks run through Didit. Government ID, liveness, the full check. Nobody takes a booking, receives a payout or appears as verified in the marketplace without passing it.
It is the reason the handle system works. Hiding a name is only safe when the platform already knows exactly who is behind it.
Safety and incidents
Every user has an SOS button. Press it and your live GPS goes straight to your company admins. Routes are logged while a job is running, so there is always a record of where a vehicle actually went.
Incidents can be reported, updated with follow up detail as things develop, and exported as a PDF report.

Individual
You need something. A ride, a driver, lessons, a guard, a hand moving furniture. You browse, unlock the provider you want, and book. That is the whole job.
Super agent
You are the service. An individual professional who drives, guards, instructs or assists. You tick which of the twelve you render, you appear in the marketplace for exactly those, and customers come to you.
Organization
You run a company. A school, a fleet, a security firm, a haulage business. You get everything a super agent gets, plus a full staff system underneath it.
